- The InstyMeds dispenser is a robot. It will require some TLC from time to time, including on-site service on average every 18 months. This ensures your Medication Adherence System continues to serve your patients.
As-needed Maintenance
- Most dispenser issues are resolved remotely by our call center engineers. They provide support and work with your staff to get the system back online quickly. Engineers are dispatched to your facility, as needed.
