Client Services Help Desk
- Supports clients 7am to 7pm CST Monday through Friday.
- Assists with formulary questions, capacity planning, inventory questions/concerns.
- Help with credentialing system users.
- Provide training for new and existing users.
- Prescription copies and receipts.
On Site Check Ups
- Site visits are opportunities for our account executives to discuss customer needs, address opportunities, and provide further training.
