Client Services Help Desk

  • Supports clients 7am to 7pm CST Monday through Friday.
  • Assists with formulary questions, capacity planning, inventory questions/concerns.
  • Help with credentialing system users.
  • Provide training for new and existing users.
  • Prescription copies and receipts. 

On Site Check Ups

  • Site visits are opportunities for our account executives to discuss customer needs, address opportunities, and provide further training.
